I always like to start in the dining room to see the tablescape the designer put together.
I thought this dark dining room set was perfect for a punch of purple. I wouldn't mind owning a set of those green croc placemats!
I LOVE this simple but stunning centerpiece!
The only negative are the limp napkins!
The dining room opened up into a gorgeous and HUGE kitchen!
Isn't this eating area unique?
I love the pillows!
This photo really shows how big this kitchen was. I am crazy about the clean lines of those bar chairs!
This was one wall of the adjacent family room. Extra seating ready to be pulled out.
More gorgeous pillows!
This room was at the top of the stairs. The parade homes had a lot of fun paint treatments!
The guest room.
I LOVE this painting!
Here is a girl's room. Isn't it fun?
Interesting window treatment!
The master bedroom. My heart actually fluttered!
LOVE this table!
Subtle touches of purple in the master bath.
I hope you enjoyed this home as much as I did!

Oh, wow...this is a purple lover's dream house!!! My niece would go bat crazy!!!!!! We have both a Spring and Fall Parade of Homes in this area, but very rarely are the dining tables completely tricked out like this one. This is beautiful!!! I love the triplicate of vases down the center. I have seen similar vases at TJ Maxx/Home Goods, but you know how it is...you can never find 3 of anything there! :-( I LOVE the unique eat-in kitchen area!!!!!! That is absolutely perfect! The tables can remain separated or be pushed together...whatever you need. With them separated like that, no one has to "scooch in", but rather just walk in between the tables. LOVE that feature!!! This is just a downright pretty house!!! Somebody did a really good job of decorating!
Amazingly bold and bright...I'll bet that they had a ball designing this house. Those amethyst vases on the dining table are great pieces. I wouldn't mind finding some of those myself! Thanks for inviting us for a peak. Cherry Kay
Beautiful! Thanks for the tour!
Beautiful tour, they were very consistent in carrying out the green and purple theme throughout the house. I really haven't every decorated with the purple but I do really like it. Lots of interesting design in the kitchen, great use of space for extra seating. Thanks.
Elaine: Such a beautiful home. They do not allow pictures on any of the home tours around my area and it makes me so mad!!..Happy Wednesday..Judy
Wow what a spectacular home! That kitchen is awesome! I would kill for that much room! The master bedroom is fabulous (I think it's almost as big as my house!) They did a great job on it. I bet it was fun going through there!
That table is really quite stunning. With the bold colors, the croc placemats, the wonderful vases.. oh wow! A great house, looks like a wonderful layout too. xo marlis
Looks to be 3 dining spaces to decorate? Be still my heart! I do love the purple theme and how seamlessly it flowed! Thanks for taking us with your tour Elaine :-)
I did enjoy this tour. Thank you for taking us along. I like purple and green paired together, but I think it is unusual to see a home done in this color combo. I like what they have done. It all looks beautiful.
I always enjoy attending a Parade of Homes for inspiration! What a bold use of color throughout~ I have never seen a home done in purple and green! Love those place mats!
Love the purple. So chic and modern. It was fun visiting your blog today!
I spotted you over at Ivy & Elephants...glad I stopped in. What a gorgeous place!
I certainly did enjoy this, it was
great. I like purple and green as well, very nice together. Only place
I have some purple in my home, is in
the guest bath. This is a really lovely home, as a lot of really unique features, like that banquette.
Great kitchen too...............
Thanks for sharing this....
Blessings, Nellie
Wow, what a lot of fun and beautiful inspiration! Everything looks so amazing. Thank you for sharing it with us at TTF. Have a fantastic week!
lovely i really like how the green makes the purple pop thanks for sharing
Green and purple are lovely on this table. Visiting from Let's Dish, Olive
I'm a purple lover and think this is just fabulous! I've never seen a whole house done in it before and I've been to lot's of parade homes too. That's a pretty bold decorating choice, but the designer certainly did it well! Thanks so much for sharing it with us!
This looks like a great home for entertaining! Love the color combo -- so bold! Thanks for your very sweet visit last week....been out of town and just getting back to check in. Have a great week!
This is really eye catching, some great combinations. I used to love going to the Parade of Homes, but in the past couple years they quit decorating them and it has been disappointing. Thanks for sharing yours with us!
I could very easily live in that house! I ♥ purple with green.
The green in the dining room is the perfect compliment to the purple. What a lovely house, but I think if I were to live there, I would get tired of the same colors in every room. That kitchen is a dream, though!
Gee, I promise to have my napkins starched and perky if you ever come to visit! :)
Those centerpiece glass pieces are amazing!
I like purple, but not through the house, just touches here and there!
Very nice! Thank you for joining me at Home Sweet Home!
