When I couldn't find what I wanted for this tablescape, I had to get creative. You'll see!
I wasn't planning on using anything under these purple chargers, but I wanted more contrast. I wound up buying these natural placemats at Pier One and painting them white.
I found the container for my centerpiece on clearance at Ross. I already had the silk flowers and knew they would be perfect. I wanted a soft, romantic look. What do you think?
I made the napkin rings from picks I bought at Michael's.
The taupe plates and bowls came from Ross and the floral Laura Ashley bowls (my inspiration) were purchased from Goodwill.
I wanted my stemware to look spring-like, too. I purchased these wine glasses from Dollar Tree and painted the little blossoms on them in white and purple.
It's full spring ahead as far as I'm concerned! I hope wherever you are, there are signs of spring to celebrate!

Elaine, just gorgeous! I love anything purple, so you had me on the first picture! Lovely!
I have been thinking of doing my Easter table in purple this year also. Last year I used a soft green and the year before a light pink, so I am trying to change things around a bit this year, but I can assure you, it won't be as stunning as yours!
Thank you so much for such a beautiful inspiration!
This is so beautiful! I love everything...the colors are so romantic! BEAUTIFUL!!!! That's all I can say...
Blessings My Friend,
I love purple too. First off the wine glasses came out great. You must have one steady hand to make all those dots! I love all the dishes especially the flowered ones. I have painted chargers too because how many brown ones do you really need? Very romantic centerpiece.

This is charming. I love the combination of purple and green and the soft white is a perfect accent. I have only recently been a purple convert....now I love it. I think it took seeing it on so many beautifully set tables to become so delighted with it's charm.
A beautiful table setting and definitely speaks of Spring. I hope Spring is right around the corner for you soon. BTW, LOVE the flatware and how talented you are with the painting on the wine glasses. Just gorgeous.

What a beautiful creatively put together table!
I like that you painted the chargers and found your inspiration pieces at Goodwill, but what really impresses me is that you painted your own goblets.
